Q: How do you bill?

A: We charge an hourly rate, and there is a three hour minimum. However, after the first three hours, you will be billed in 30 minute increments. So, if your move goes for 4 hours and 25 minutes we are not going to charge you for 5 hours!

Q: How do I make payment?

A: We accept cash or cheque.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: No.

Q: How much is storage?

A: Storage fees vary depending on length of time the storage will be used and the volume of materials you need to store. Contact us directly for a quote.

Q: How big are your trucks?

A: We operate 18' and 20' cube vans. Typically this will easily accommodate an average two bedroom condo in one load.

Q: What are your hours?

A: Our objective is to make your move easy. Our services are available seven days of the week. You may book your move in the morning, afternoon or early evening.

Q: Do you have a stairs charge?

A: No.

Q: Do you provide moving supplies?

A: Yes. We provide dollies, clean moving blankets, wardrobe boxes and shrink wrap free of charge. We also have packing supplies for purchase in advance. Learn more on our moving supplies page.

Q: Do you carry tools?

A: Yes. We always carry a set of standard hand tools, a professional mechanic's ratchet set and a power drill. Our buddies are prepared to help take furniture apart, or put items together. Remember, some items won't fit through stairwells or door casings fully assembled.

Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes. We have all of the necessary operating permits and legally required insurance coverage to operate as a moving and transport company in Canada.

Q: Can I hire just movers, no truck?

A: Yes. Contact us directly for more details.

Q: Do you charge for travel time?

A: We do not charge travel time inside Metro Toronto. Your hourly rate starts when we arrive at your move and finishes when we leave.

For jobs outside the Metro Toronto, including Scarborough, Mississauga and Brampton, we charge estimated travel time. All travel time estimates are calculated from our midtown Toronto location using Google Maps.
